Cancellation Policy
At Max Salon & Tanning, we value your time and ours. To provide the best experience for all clients, the following cancellation policy applies: 📅 1. Appointment Cancellations • You may cancel or reschedule an appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. • Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a cancellation fee. ⏰ 2. Late Cancellations If you cancel: • 24–12 hours before appointment: 50% of service cost • Less than 12 hours before: 75% of service cost ❌ 3. No-Show Policy • A no-show (failure to arrive without notice) will be charged 50–100% of the scheduled service price. • Clients with two (2) no-shows may be required to pre-pay or put a credit card on file for future bookings. 🕒 4. Arrival Time • Please arrive 5–10 minutes early. • If you are 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule to avoid delaying others. A late-fee or partial charge may apply. 💳 5. Pre-Authorization • For appointments over $100, we may request a credit card on file to secure your booking. • Your card will only be charged if cancellation/no-show fees apply. 🌟 6. Exceptions We understand life happens! We may waive fees in cases of: • Illness or emergencies • Severe weather • Unavoidable conflicts Please communicate as early as possible.
